Does the Taylor family still own Windfields Farm?
Yes indeed, the farm is still owned by the Taylors. Judith Taylor Mappin, E.P. Taylors' daughter, is now president of the farm.

How many horses are on the farm ?
There is a permanent population of about 240 horses, with that number rising to over 300 at certain times of the year.

Is the farm open to the public?
Yes, the farm is open to the public between the hours of 1pm and 3pm. Please, for safety's sake, obey all signs.

Does the farm conduct tours?
Yes, by special arrangement, we will provide guided tours.

Where is Northern Dancer buried?
He is buried here, in a graveyard between the barn where he was born and the barn where he started his stud career.

How many staff does the farm currently employ?
Depending on season, there are between 55 and 75 staff employed.
